Where can I find my Sample ID?
Your Sample ID is printed on the receipt given at the time of sample collection. It is also sent via SMS to your registered phone number. The format is TL-YYYY-XXXXXX.
How long does it take to get reports?
Most routine tests are reported within 6-12 hours. Specialized tests like culture, genetic, and allergy panels may take 24 hours to 15 days. Exact turnaround times are listed on our Tests page.
How will I receive my report?
Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and email. You can also download them from this tracking page. Physical copies are available at our collection centres on request.
What if my report is delayed?
If your report exceeds the expected turnaround time, please call our toll-free number +91 1800-123-456. Delays can occur due to repeat testing for quality assurance.
