TruLab Diagnostics was founded in 2008 by Dr. Rajesh Menon, a veteran pathologist with over 25 years of experience, driven by a singular mission: to make world-class diagnostic services accessible and affordable to every Indian.
What started as a single laboratory in Sector 62, Noida, has grown into a network of 50+ collection centres spanning 15 states. Our central reference laboratory processes over 10,000 samples daily using state-of-the-art automated equipment.
We were among the first diagnostic chains in North India to receive NABL accreditation and have consistently maintained the highest standards of quality. Our commitment to accuracy, speed, and patient care has earned us the trust of 200+ partner hospitals and clinics.
